ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL—November 15, 2010 2 <br /> 2.A. TCAAP Reuse and Public Sale Update (continued) <br /> period previously discussed and should allow private developers more time to evaluate the 11713 - <br /> and the property. Ramsey County has begun the Voluntary Investigation and Cleanup (VIC) _ <br /> program with the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency on the parcels of land to be transferred to <br /> the County. It is anticipated that the process will take approximately 12 months. <br /> Councilmember Holden asked how long it took to do characterization of the property. If the <br /> GSA is planning the auction in April and the ground does not thaw until then there will not be <br /> enough time for potential bidders to do land characterization. <br /> Community Development Director Hutmachcr stated the timeframe for the bidding may be <br /> pushed back. The issue with the ground freezing has been explained to the GSA and they are <br /> aware of this. <br /> Councilmember Grant asked if Mike Comodeca had been informed about the delays. <br /> Community Development Director Hutmacher stated Mr. Comodeca has been kept up to date <br /> with the project. She also stated there had been a Staff tour of the property today in order to <br /> acquaint new Staff members to the property. There will be another tour scheduled at a later date <br /> for the new Council Members. <br /> Mayor Harpstead asked if the bid was anticipated to be an open or closed bid. <br /> City Planner Beekman stated they are planning on a sealed bid at this time. <br /> PUBLIC INQUIRIES <br /> Mayor Harpstead opened the Public Inquiries/Informational at 7:09 p.m. - <br /> Mayor Harpstead closed the Public Inquiries/Informational at 7:10 p.m. <br /> 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> A. October 11, 2010, City Council Worksession Meeting <br /> Mayor Harpstead stated on page 3, the first paragraph, the first sentence should be "Mayor <br /> Harpstead stated it would be important for the City to look into the regional connections." <br /> Mayor Harpstead stated on page 10, the fifth paragraph, the second sentence should read "The <br /> Council has given direction to Staff to spread out the completion of full build projects based on <br /> PCI priority. This means that larger projects will be intertwined with mill and overlay projects." <br /> B. October 11, 2010, Regular City Council Meeting <br /> Councilmember Holden requested on page 3, the eighth paragraph, the name "Karen Hoider" be <br /> changed to "Ken Haider". <br />
