City of Arden Hills Chapter 13 Zoning Code <br /> Subd. 217 Yard, side. A yard between the building and the adjacent sideline of the lot and <br /> extending from the front yard to the rear yard. <br /> Subd. 218 Yard Area, required rear. The minimum required rear yard depth multiplied by <br /> the average width of the total rear yard. <br /> Subd. 219 Zoning map. The map or maps incorporated into this Code as a part hereof, <br /> delineating the zoning districts. <br /> Section 1320—District Provisions <br /> 1320.01 Establishment of Districts. The zoning districts designated herein are hereby established <br /> so as to assist the City in carrying out the intent and purpose of its Comprehensive <br /> Development Plan for the City and to control development in a manner consistent with <br /> the provisions of adequate public services and utilities. <br /> 1320.02 Designation of Zoning Districts. For the purposes of this Code the City of Arden Hills is <br /> hereby divided into the following zoning districts: <br /> R-1 Single Family Residential District <br /> R-2 Single and Two-Family Residential District <br /> R-3 Townhouse and Low Density Multiple Dwelling District <br /> R-4 Multiple Dwelling District <br /> B-1 Limited Business District <br /> B-2 General Business District <br /> B-3 Service Business District <br /> B-4 Retail Center District <br /> NB NB District <br /> CC Civic Center District <br /> GB Gateway Business District <br /> 1-1 Limited Industrial District <br /> I-2 General Industrial District <br /> I-Flex I-Flex District <br /> PUD Planned Unit Development Overlay District <br /> MR Mixed Residential District <br /> MB Mixed Business District <br /> 1320.03 Allowable Uses. Uses allowed in any district. <br /> Subd. 1 Permitted Principal Uses (P) - Those uses that are allowed as a matter of right <br /> and multiple operation uses, as defined herein, if at least one of the operations is a <br /> permitted use and none of the operations is classified as a conditional use. Permitted <br /> multiple family residential, business or industrial uses are required to submit a site plan in <br /> accordance with the requirements in Section 1355. <br /> Subd. 2 Conditional Uses (S) - Those uses that are allowed only after issuance of a <br /> Conditional Use Permit as required in Section 1355, <br /> Page 24 of 84 <br />
