(Added 7114110) <br /> Subd. 61 Dwelling, multiple family. A dwelling containing three (3) or more attached <br /> dwelling units. <br /> Subd. 62 Dwelling, single-family. A dwelling that consists of one (1) dwelling unit. <br /> Subd. 63 Dwelling, two-family. A dwelling that consists of two (2) dwelling units. <br /> Subd. 64 Dwelling unit. A residential building or portion thereof intended for occupancy <br /> by one (1) family with facilities for living, sleeping, cooking and eating but not including <br /> hotels, motels, nursing homes, tents, seasonal cabins, boarding or rooming houses, motor <br /> homes or travel trailers. <br /> Subd. 65 Dwelling unit, single-family attached. A dwelling unit which is located on its <br /> own individual lot but joined along a single lot line to one (1) or more other dwelling units <br /> with a party wall and having a separate point of entry. <br /> Subd. 66 Dwelling unit, single family detached. A dwelling which is not joined to any <br /> other dwelling unit, and is located on a separate lot with the structure surrounded by open <br /> space and having a separate point of entry. <br /> Subd. 67 Easement. A right or privilege in favor of a person or a government authority to <br /> use a parcel of land or portion thereof for specific purpose. <br /> Subd. 68 Equal Degree of Encroachment. A method of determining the location of <br /> floodway boundaries so the flood plain lands on both sides of a stream are capable of <br /> conveying a proportionate share of flood flows. <br /> Subd. 69 Exterior storage. The storage of goods, materials, equipment, manufactured <br /> products and similar items not fully enclosed by a building. <br /> Subd. 70 Family. An individual or two (2) or more persons, each related to the other by <br /> blood, marriage, adoption or foster care, or a group of not more than four (4) persons, some <br /> or all of whom are not related by blood, marriage or adoption, living together and <br /> maintaining a common household. (These regulations shall not be applied so as to prevent <br /> the City from making reasonable accommodation as required by the Federal Fair Housing <br /> Amendments Act of 1988). <br /> Subd. 71 Financial institution. An establishment that provides financial and banking <br /> services to consumers or clients. Typical uses include banks, savings and loan associations, <br /> credit unions, investment companies, and automated teller machines (ATMs). Financial <br /> institution shall not include a consumer small loan operation. (Added 7114110) <br /> Subd. 72 Flood.
