AP4ENHILLS <br />MEMORANDUM <br />DATE: January 19, 2011 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Councilmembers <br />FROM: Patrick HIaers, City Admi <br />SUBJECT: Staff Updates <br />As Wednesday, January 19, 2011 is a Special City Council meeting, I anticipate that I <br />will have a few staff updates for the Council and one item that will need Council action. <br />The Council action item relates to the vacant Accounting Analyst position. The City <br />advertised for the position, received 40 applications, and interviewed the top candidates. <br />I met with the two finalists and we are now completing background and reference checks. <br />I expect to have a recommendation to hire by the Wednesday Council meeting. <br />
