�EN HILLS <br />MEMORANDUM <br />DATE: January 18, 2011 <br />TO: <br />FROM: Patrick Klaers, City A ator <br />SUBJECT: Staff Updates <br />Honorable Mayor and City Councilmembers <br />At this time I have a few brief updates to provide the City Council at the work session on <br />January 18 <br />One update relates to the ribbon cutting on March 8 at 3:00 pm for the new American <br />Red Cross Blood Donation Center. <br />Another update relates to setting up a 45 -60 minute meeting with Bill Joynes. These <br />individual meetings with Councilmembers and staff are necessary to prepare for the <br />February 12th Council /Staff Goal Setting work session. Bill is available to meet you at <br />City Hall, or another place if convenient, on the following: <br />Wednesday, January 19 7:30 am to 6:30 pm <br />Thursday, January 20 7:30 am to 5:00 pm <br />Friday, January 21 7 am to 3 :00 pm <br />Monday, January 24 7:30 am to 3 :00 pm <br />Tuesday, January 25 7:30 am to 3:00 pm <br />Wednesday, January 26 7:3 0 am to 11:00 am <br />Friday, January 28 7:30 am to 4:00 pm <br />
