ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL—December 13, 2010 19 <br /> 7.C. Administrative Hearing for Arden Hills Tobacco Compliance Violation (continued) <br /> The motion was called to a vote. <br /> The motion carried 4-1 <br /> Ayes: Mayor Harpstead,Councilmembers Grant,Holden and McClung <br /> Nays: Councilmember Holmes <br /> D. 2011 Tobacco License Renewals <br /> Mayor Harpstead stated Arden Hills Shell, Arden Hills Tobacco, Big Ten Supper Club, Blue <br /> Fox Inn, Cub Foods, and the Holiday Station are requesting renewal of their City tobacco licenses <br /> for 2011. The City has received the required Certificates of Insurance, applications and fees, the <br /> background checks have been completed, and the Fire Inspector Reports have been completed for <br /> each location. <br /> MOTION: Major Harpstead moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a motion to <br /> Approve the 2011 Tobacco License Renewal Applications as Submitted and <br /> Listed. The motion carried unanimously). <br /> 8. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> None. <br /> 9. COUNCIL COMMENTS AND STAFF UPDATES <br /> Councilmember Holden asked how the training on 3M lining mains that Public Works Director <br /> Maurer attended differed from what is happening now with the lining. <br /> City Administrator Klaers stated this training was for water mains. <br /> Mayor Harpstead thanked the City and Staff for their help and time over the last four years. <br /> ADJOURN <br /> MOTION: Councilmember McClunu moved and Councilmember Grant seconded a <br /> motion to adiourn. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> Mayor Harpstead adjourned the Regular City Council Meeting to a Worksession at 9:50 p.m. <br /> 1 <br /> Patrick Klaers David Grant <br /> City Administrator Mayor <br />
