Possible Conditions for a Municipal Consent Resolution for the I694/TH51 Project <br /> 1. The City understands MnDOT's policy regarding cost participation in the <br /> construction of noise walls. However, the City would like more information on _ <br /> the $3250 per decibel per benefiting property. How was this dollar amount <br /> determined? When was the last time the dollar amount was increased? How often <br /> is the $3250 rate reviewed? <br /> 2. The City would like MnDOT to provide documentation that the traffic modeling <br /> for the 1694/TH5I improvement considered the entire region and the effect the <br /> proposed grade separated intersection of TH10/CR96 with the loss of some <br /> movements will have on the entire transportation system <br /> 3. The City requests that MnDOT commit that there are no city costs associated with <br /> the proposed improvements necessary on interstate, county or local system to <br /> construct the I694/TH51 interchange shown on the approved layout with the <br /> exception of noise walls. <br /> 4. The City requests that MnDOT change the layout as necessary to provide the <br /> required spacing for a 10 foot wide bituminous trail on the west side of old <br /> Snelling Avenue/old TH 10 as it passes under 1694. <br /> 5. The City requests that MnDOT show on the approved layout a 6 foot wide <br /> concrete sidewalk on the west side of Hamline Avenue from Floral Drive to <br /> County Road F and on the south side of County Road F towards Lexington <br /> Avenue to the sidewalk to be built as part of the Arden Village Development <br /> 6. The City requests that the revise traffic data outlined in the MnDOT letter dated <br /> September 14. 2010 be added to the approved layout. <br /> 7. The City request that MnDOT clearly state that the proposed bridge structure will <br /> not preclude the attachment of a pedestrian facility at any time in the future. <br /> 8. The City requests the MnDOT clearly state that the existing area on Trunk <br /> Highway 51 available for pedestrian movements will not be lessened in the future <br /> with the proposed improvements. <br />
