Ordinance 2010-012 <br /> 1. The temporary structures shall not be permanently attached to the - <br /> ground; <br /> 2. The temporary structure shall not be attached to other permanent <br /> structures. <br /> 3. The temporary structure shall only be used for non-commercial <br /> purposes. <br /> Subd. 7 Accessory Structures in Exceptional and Unusual Circumstances in all <br /> Zoning Districts. Deviations from these requirements may be permitted after <br /> Planning Commission review and City Council approval of a site plan in accordance <br /> with Section 1355.04 Subd 5 and with documentation showing the unusual <br /> circumstances justifying the proposed deviation and plans for the proposed accessory - <br /> structure. Under no circumstances shall the total floor area of an accessory structure <br /> associated with a residential use in the R-1, R-2, and R-3 districts exceed one <br /> thousand four hundred and fifty-eight (1,458) square feet without an approved - <br /> variance that meets the requirements of Section 1355.04 Subd 4. Under no <br /> cicumstances shall the total floor area of an accessory structure associated with a non- <br /> residential us in the R-1, R-2, and R-3 districts exceed two thousand one hundred <br /> eighty-four (2,184) square feet without an approved variance that meets the <br /> requirements of Section 1355.04 Subd. 4. <br /> Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective the day following its publication. <br /> _Adoption Date.
