� EN HILLS CITY OF ARDEN HILLS COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE QF MINNESOTA RESOLUTIQN NO. 2010-080 A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATYON OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE 2011 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted November 15, 2010, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of the following streets: Amble Road, from Hamline Avenue to dead end, Arden View Court, from Arden View Drive to cul-de-sac, Arden View Drive Entrance/Exit, fram Hamline Avenue to Arden View Drive, Arden View Drive, from Arden View Court to 761' east of Royal Hills, ColIeen Court, from Colleen Avenue to cul-de-sac, Dellwood Street, from Nursery Hill Court to Amble Road, Janet Caurt, from Lake Valentine Raad to cul-de-sac, Nursery Hill Lane, from Hamline Avenue to Nursery Hill Co�rt, Nursery Hill Court, from Nursery Hill Lane to cul�de-sac, Wyncrest Court, from Hannline Avenue to cul-de-sac, Wyncrest Lane, from Wyncrest Court to Wynridge Drive, Wynridge Drive, from Wy�crest Court to cul-de-sac, and WHEREAS, fen days' mailed notice and two weeks' pnblished natice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was heid on December 13, 2010, at which alI persons desiring to be heard were given an opportuniiy to be heard thereon, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN HYLLS, MINNESOTA: i. SucI� irnprovement is necessary, cost-effectiv�, and feasible as detailed in �he feasibility report. 2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as praposed in the Council rasolution adopted December 13, 2010. 3. The City of Roseville Engineering Department is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. The engineer shall prepare plans and specificaiions for the malcing a� such imparovement.
