PART 5 - TEAM CREDENTYALS <br />Michael A. Fischer, AIA LEED AP - Project Principal/TIFAnaCyst <br />Michael has twenty-four� years of architectural experience as project principal, project manager, <br />project designer and proj�ct architect on municipal pianning, educational, cornmercial and <br />governrnental projects. He is a Senior Vice President at LHB and c�arrentIy leads the <br />Minneapalis office. Michael completed a twa-year Bush Fellowship at the Massachusetts <br />Institute of Technology in. 1999, earning Masters Degrees in City Planning and Real Estate <br />DeveIopment. Michael has served on over 35 connmittees, boards and communi�ty task forces, <br />including a term as City Council President and Chair of the Duluth/Superior Metropolitan <br />Planning organization. He is currently Chair of the Planning Commission in Edina, Minnesota. <br />He was one of four architects in the country to receive the National "Young Architects Citation" <br />from the American Institute of Architects in 1997. <br />Ben Trousdale, AIA - Project Manager/Inspector <br />Ben is a praject architect in LHB's Minneapolis office with 20 years of experier�ce working on a <br />variety of muiti-family housing and coanmercial pro�ects. He has extensive skills in creating <br />quality cansiructian docuznents that convey a building's fundamentals and unique design <br />detaiIs. His responsibilities include project management, code analysis, and overseeing <br />docunnent production. Ben is a licensed architect ir� Minnesota and is involeed with AIA <br />activities including Search for Shelter charrettes. <br />Lydia Major, MLA, ASLA — GIS/Mapping <br />Lydia brings a passion for design that benefits the client, ihe community, and the environment. <br />Her experience includes design�ng and c�rafting commercial and residential praperties at a <br />variety of scales.
