or by reason of any act or omission of the Party, its agents, servants, or employees. It is understood and agreed that each Party's liability shall be limited by the provisions of MINN. STAT. CH 466 (Tort Liability, Political Subdivisions) or other applicable law. C. Alterations Any alteration, variation,modification, or waiver of the provisions of this Agreement shall be valid only after it has been reduced to writing and duly signed by all parties- D. Insurance During the term of this Agreement, Ramsey County shall maintain property insurance on an all-risk basis on the Facility, including County owned contents, and will name the City of Arden Hills and the Mounds View School District as an additional insured on the policy as their interests may appear. The cost of such insurance will be borne by the building occupants and included in the annual operating budget. The City of Arden Hills and the Mounds View School District shall purchase and maintain insurance for contents within their respective parcels. E. Entire Agreement It is understood and agreed that the entire Agreement between the parties is contained here and this Agreement supersedes all oral agreements and negotiations between the parties relating to the subject matter.
