Transportation Discussion A transportation consultant, Mike Spack of Spack Consulting, will be attending the work session to facilitate a discussion on the various traffic studies and transportation questions along County Road E and Lexington Avenue. Mr. Spack prepared the traffic impact study for the Guiding Plan for the B2 District as part of the City’s contract with MFRA, which is included in Attachment B for your reference. We welcome any questions that can be submitted prior to the meeting so that we can have as much information and answers as possible at the work session. Please feel free to submit any questions to James prior to the meeting. Preliminary Review Timeline If the applicants decide to move forward, they have indicated that they would like to submit a completed application in time for the March 4, 2009, Planning Commission meeting. The Planning Commission would hold a public hearing where they could recommend approval, recommend denial, or table the application to another meeting. If the Planning Commission makes a recommendation at their March 4 meeting, it would likely come to the City Council on March 30, 2009. A concept review does not automatically start the review process for a formal application. The timeline is subject to change.
