The ca11 queue time is the time frorn wh�n a call is created in CAD <br />io the time the call is dispatched. The average call queue times %r all call priorities coznbined <br />{urgent and rautine calls together) was 6.2 minutes in 2007 an.d 3.82 x�rzinutes in 2008. For the <br />high pr�ority call category only, the average was 1.95 minuies in 2007 and 1.53 minutes in 2008. <br />The County can create this report on a quarterly basis, but we have �een unable to get in contact <br />with the County staff, due to preparations for the RNC. We will abtain an updated report as saon <br />as �Iie Caunty is able to respond. <br />
