In the event any provision af this Agreement shall be held invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, such holding shall not invalidate or render unenforceable any other pravision hereof. Section 7.4 Ax�nendments, Chan e�d Modifications. Exc�pt as otherwise provided in this Agreement or in the Resolution, subsequent to the initial issuance of the Note and before the Note is saiisfied ar�d discharged in accordance with zts terms, this Agreemeni may not be effectively amended, changed, modified, altered, or terminated without the written consent of the Lender.
