The campus consists of tvvo, single-story, <br />buildings. The coznpany is in the process of relocating their top �eve� executive staff from <br />England to Arden Hills. In order to accoanmodate this move, they are seeking io modify the <br />interior of one of their existing buildings to create several executive offices. As part of their <br />plans, the company is proposing to create more space by filling in appro�i�nately 500 square feet <br />of what is currently ar� open-air entryway wiin glass. This area is currently under the existing <br />roof. <br />For this proposal, Smith Medical is requesting the City Council alter the procedure as allowed by <br />the Zoning Code, recognizing that ihe exterior modification is minor, having no impacts on the <br />Conditional Use Permit review criteria, and permit them to praceed with their plans through the <br />building p�rmit and administrative plan review process.
