Staff recornmends approval of Smiths Medical's request to madify the Conditional Use Permit <br />review procedure and allow thern to proceed with enclosing a 500 square �oot entryway with <br />glass through the building permit and administrative review process. Although #his is a rarely <br />used provision in ihe Zoning Code, the insigni�cant nature of the proposed exterior <br />modificanons and the lack of impact on surrounding properties is a unique circumstance #hat <br />may warrant the request.
