Unless waived by the City Planner or Planning <br />Commission, a certified se�rvey of the property is required for all appiications. Tha f'lannirtg Cornmission <br />andfor City Council may still requirEr a certifted survey. A c�eekGs# for other requirec! infarmation is also <br />available. <br />Com Ietellncom lete A lica#iorts <br />An incornplete applicat�on r�rill delay the processing of land use requesks. The application approval tirne <br />commences and an applicafion is considered officiafly fited when the Ciky Pianner has reoei�ed and <br />examined #he applicatio� and deterrninad that the ap�lica#ion Is complefe. A decision on whether the <br />ap�iicatian is complete or inaompleis shall be made within fifteen (15} wor3cing days following fhe <br />submlital of the applicatinn. When the applica6an is deemed to be "camplete" it sha![ be placed an the <br />agenda of the first passible Planning Commission meeting provided that af1 required public notices have <br />been 5ent and published_ <br />PaVment of Fees <br />7he t�ndersignec� acicnowledges that shelF�e undarstands that before a land use applicatian can be <br />deemed compleie, all required infarmation and fees (inciuding alf deposits) must be paid ta the Cily. Ef <br />additianal fees are required to cover costs incurred by khe City, the City Planner has the right #o require <br />additional payment frorr� one or more of tha undersigned, v►fio shaEl be jofntly liable for such fees. S�af, <br />expenses may incfude (ixrt are not ffmited to) direct city payroll and overhead costs, iees paid to <br />cansultants and other professionafs, and the cost of printing, mailing, and supplies. Tha Ciiy may <br />withhold final actian on a land use applicatlon, withhold bui�ding permits, andlor rescind prior ac6on until <br />alf rrrisceflaneous feea have been pafcl. Appficants are advised that an escrow deposit i5 required at the <br />time of the submittal of #he land use applicatian to of{set costs associated with the proposed project. <br />Unused portians of an escrow are returned ta khe applicant upon successful implemerttation of an <br />approved plan. <br />Notice of Meetin Attendance <br />In order for the Planning Cammisslon and tha City Counci! to consider any appfica�on, the applicant or a <br />designa#ed representati�e must be present at khe scheduled meeting, If not, the matter may be tabled <br />unfil tF�a next avaiiabfe agenda. <br />Revissd: ]2-i2-07 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
