The zoning districts designated herein are hereby <br />established so as to assist the City in carrying out the intent and p�rpose o� its Comprehensi�e <br />Developrnent Plan for the City and to cantrol develop�nent in a manner consistent with the <br />provisions of adequate publie services and utilities. <br />1320A2 Designation oi Zoning Districts. L1ses atIowed in any district. <br />Subd. 1 Permitted Principal Uses (P) - Those uses that are allowed as a matter of <br />rigt�t and multiple operation uses, as defined herein, if at least one of the operations is <br />a per�itted use and r�or�e of tlae opez-ations is cIassif�ed as a conditionaI use. <br />Permitted multiple family residential, business or industrial uses are required to <br />submit a site plan in accordance with the requirements in Section 1355. <br />Subd. 2 Conditional Uses (S) - Those uses �hat are allowed only after issuance of a <br />Conditional Use Permit as rec�uired in Section 1355. <br />Conditional Uses may included those uses that are. <br />A.
