To ta�e advantage of municipal utilities_ <br />F_ To preserve open space. <br />Subd. 3 R-3 Townho�se and Low Density Multiple Dwelling District <br />�-1. To provide areas offering a broad development rar�ge in housing units <br />with a�naxi�num densiEy of eight (8) units per net acre. <br />B. To retain the environment and character of less intensive residence <br />areas through carefully established bulk a�d lot area req�irements. <br />Subd. 4 R-4 Multiple Dwelling District <br />A.
