Applicant submits application and submission ciocurnents #o City. <br />3. Planner prepares written review of appiieation for P�anning <br />Co�ramission and City Cauncil (City Attorney, Engineer, Building <br />Inspector and Fire Chie� miay also prepare reviews depending on <br />issues invo�ved in appIication. <br />4. Planning Comrr�ission holc�s public hearing, reviews proposa] and <br />make recommendation to City Council. <br />5. City Council conducts additional hearings (optional}, reviews <br />application and iakes action. <br />6. City Staff processes Interiixz Use Perm�t. <br />B. SUBMISSION REOUIREMENTS Some requirements may be waived <br />depending on complexity of proposal. AppIications for principal uses requiring a <br />Conditional Use Permit will ordinarily incl�tde all or most of the foIlowing <br />Submission Requirements; applicat�ons far accessory ►�ses requiring a Canditional <br />Use Permit will ordinarily req�ire only those items that have a direct bearing on <br />the application. <br />LOCATION MAP Blank map provided by City and Applicant fills in entire property <br />for which tl�e appl�cation is being made. <br />OWNERSHIP REPORT <br />1. Record Owners of the property; <br />2. Applicant if different than Owner; <br />3. Addresses and phone numbers of Owner and Applicant; Owners <br />and addresses of all property w�tl�i� 35Q feet of the boundary of the <br />property. <br />SURVEY <br />]. The date, north point, rnap scale, narne and address of the <br />applicant, owner, operator, surveyar, engineer and designer, <br />inc�uding their license numbers and sEals; <br />2. A correct boundary survey and �egal description of the subjec� <br />property made and certified to by a registered Land Surveyor <br />indica[ing tatal acreage of site; <br />3_ Depiction of all watercourses, lakes, marshes, wooded areas, rock <br />outeraps, power transportation pales and lines, gas lines, single <br />trees wzth a diameter of eight (S) inches or more as rr�easured three <br />
