Failure to comply with a�y af the conditions in this [nteri�n Use <br />Permit or any other City Codes, inc�t�ding zoning and property <br />maintenance codes, may be �rounds far termination of the fnterim <br />Use Perrnit by the City. <br />12. A�plicant shal! submit proof of ownership of the P�operty prior to <br />execution of t�e lnterim Use Agreernent/Permit. <br />13.
