Parks and Recreation <br /> – Responses could include such items as amount of desired open space, <br />park types, park locations, trails, sidewalks, amenities, etc. <br />Land Use Layout <br /> – How should the land uses (residential, open space, commercial, industrial, <br />etc) relate to one another? Should land uses be completely separate or integrated? How much <br />interrelationship and interconnection should there be between the land uses? How much <br />creativity would the City expect or accept? It may help to think of the goals of a redevelopment. <br />For example, should you be able to walk from one use to another?
