COUNCIL COMMENTSAND REQUESTS (continued) <br /> The entire Council was in agreement with this suggestion. <br /> Councilmember Holden questioned if Mike Comadeca was reviewing the <br /> licensing issue proposed for TCAAP. <br /> City Administrator Moorse stated this was brought to him and that additional <br /> information was trying to be gathered from the GSA. <br /> Councilmember Holden stated it may not be in the City's best interest to allow the <br /> land to be licensed, and a bank may not allow the land to be financed if leased. <br /> ADJOURN <br /> Mayor Harpstead adjourned the City Council TCAAP Work Session meeting at <br /> 6:45 p.m. <br /> Susan K.
