** Arden Village dP <br />A Multifamily Living Connnunity <br />Executive Summary <br />The proposal herein is to request concept approval and a letter of support for local <br />participation from the City of Arden Hills for a 55 unit work -force housing development <br />in Arden Hills. <br />The concept and location of the apartment community is a perfect fit for the Smart <br />Growth principals including, creating a range of housing opportunities and choices, <br />encourages community and stakeholder collaboration, takes advantage of compact <br />building design, does not require extensions of water and sewer and is near many services <br />and jobs. With support from the City of Arden Hills, the development will be a secure, <br />well -maintained and managed community that offers life cycle housing opportunities for <br />the residents of Arden Hills. <br />Project Developer/Owner/Architect/Contractor/Manager <br />Sand Companies, Inc. (SCI) has earned its reputation for professionalism, <br />thoroughness and proven results in the construction, property management, development <br />and architectural industries.
