I <br />Development Location & Site <br />The Arden Village site is located along County Road F near Hamline Avenue <br />North with the south side of the site bordering Highway 694. The site for Arden Village <br />is approximately 2.74 acres and will be accessed from County Road F. An existing <br />cellular telephone tower is on -site and will remain in place with the completed project. It <br />is anticipated that the site will be platted into two lots with cross -easements to allow <br />access to the cell tower. An area storm water pond will be constructed on site and will be sized <br />to directly accommodate the water run-off. Arden Village will include a private tot lot <br />for younger children along with a recreation area with benches and outdoor grills. <br />Building Description <br />The Arden Village development will consist of an apartment style building that <br />will be four stories in height with underground parking. Building construction will <br />incorporate wood frame construction with the below grade parking areas consisting of <br />poured concrete or block walls with structural concrete pre -cast decking and columns. <br />The exterior of the buildings will be textured stone and steel or cement board siding. <br />Below are photos of a similar project recently completed in Maple Grove called Maple <br />Village with similar exterior finishes. <br />N.Wa"P,fth.
