,- RZN HILLS <br />MEMORANDUM <br />DATE: August 13, 2009 Item LC <br />TO: Mayor and Council Members <br />FROM: Ron Moorse, City Administrator <br />Sue Iverson, Finance Director/Treasurer <br />SUBJECT: 2010-2014 Capital Improvement Plan <br />The August 17, 2009 work session will be an opportunity for additional discussion regarding the <br />2010-2014 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). Updated project sheets and summaries reflecting <br />the Council's CIP discussions at previous work sessions are attached as requested as well as the <br />2009 Capital Budget. In addition, a memo from Bolton and Menk regarding additional cost <br />information related to the CP Rail Bridge Trail is attached. Also, maps showing the PMP <br />projects budgeted for each year of the CIP will be provided at the work session. <br />
