MEMORANDUM <br />DATE: <br /> March 30, 2009 <br />TO: <br /> Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: <br /> Ron Moorse, City Administrator <br />SUBJECT: Amendment #3 to the Preliminary Development Agreement (PDA) <br />with RRLD, extending the PDA through May 15, 2009 <br />Background <br /> The Preliminary Development Agreement (PDA) between the City and RRLD, the developer for <br />the TCAAP property, is currently set to expire on March 31, 2009. At a recent meeting, it was <br />the consensus of the Council that the PDA should be extended through May 15, 2009. <br />Amendment # 3 to the PDA, extending the PDA through May 15, 2009, is attached for Council <br />approval. <br />Council Action Requested <br />Motion regarding the approval of Amendment #3 to the Preliminary Development Agreement <br />between the City and RRLD, to extend the PDA through May 15, 2009. <br />
