Land Use and Public Improvements Plan <br /> Traffic and Streetscape Improvements <br /> Various street segments in and near the district should receive differing treatments in <br /> plantings, lighting, furniture and banners, as follows: <br /> County Road E <br /> From the west side of the Minnesota Highway 51 bridge to at least Lexington Avenue, <br /> this road should receive the highest Ievel of streetscape improvements.
