ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL—February 7, 2011 2 <br /> 3. EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Council adjourned to a closed Executive Session at 6.02 p.m. to discuss litigation of files CV 10- <br /> 6972 and CV 10-9501, as stated by City Attorney Jerry Filla, and the union contract with <br /> Consultant Bill Jaynes. _ <br /> Council reopened the meeting at 7:10 p.m. <br /> 4. NEW BUSINESS <br /> A. Senator Goodwin Meeting <br /> Public Works Director Maurer and City Administrator Klaers reviewed with the City Council <br /> the current status of the I-694/TH51 discussions with Mn/DOT. A meeting is being hosted by <br /> Senator Goodwin with Mn/DOT, the City, Ramsey County, and Representative Knuth on <br /> Wednesday, February 9. The goal is to have Mn/DOT and the City reach agreement on various <br /> parts of the project that are in dispute so that Municipal Consent can be given and so that the <br /> Appeal process can be halted. <br /> The Council also reviewed the options for a 3rd member of the Appeals Board and gave <br /> feedback to Staff to pass on to the City's representative, Stan Harpstead. <br /> B. Staff Updates <br /> City Administrator Klaers recommended the use of the Building Fund for the purchase of <br /> fiberglass and the Council concurred. <br /> 5. COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> Councilmember Holmes suggested that the City put its TCAAP talking points on the City <br /> website. <br /> ADJOURN <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved seconded by Councilmember Werner a <br /> motion to ad'ourn.
