APPROVAL OF December 14, 2010 MINUTES <br />Approved as amended <br />Motioned: John Braun <br />Seconded: James Ostlund <br />UNFINISHED AND NEW BUSINESS <br />A. Continue discussion on developing a TIF policy <br />TIF White paper discussion was continued from the December 141' meeting. Discussion on <br />setting up and development of a baseline percentage was discussed as a starting point for <br />further discussions. <br />Members wanted to know if the City had any information on what possible affect TCCAP could <br />have on TIF, due to the increase in Tax Capacity the city. <br />It was agreed upon that further reserch was needed and that further discussion would be held <br />at the next meeting. <br />4. REPORTS <br />A. Report from the City Council <br />There were no Reports from the City Council due to absence of Brenda Holden. <br />5.
