Ms. Olson <br />asked if the committee had any comments or suggestions on either of these segments and <br />informed that both of those grants are due by March 31, 2011, and that funds would have <br />to be expended by the end of 2013. She is waiting for Ramsey County's partnership <br />because she does not want to do anything to take away from the grants the county is <br />going for. Jody Yungers and Greg Mack, of Ramsey County, are going to get back to her <br />with their thoughts on the Legacy and Local Trail Connection grants. <br />Ms. Olson mentioned that the Recreation Guide for Spring /Summer will be in the mail <br />the end of February /beginning of March. <br />B. City County Report <br />Council Liaison Werner indicated he attended the meeting with Pulte Homes and that <br />residents on Keithson Drive had concerns about the road being extended since the road <br />would be close to their homes. <br />Mr. Werner indicated that the previous night he attended a meeting regarding the high- <br />density housing development planned for County Road F. The $10 million project <br />consists of a 47 -unit development on 2.75 acres. He mentioned the City is in the process <br />of looking at GAP financing for the project. <br />Council Liaison Werner also informed that at the Council Retreat Saturday, February 12, <br />discussion mainly revolved around TCAAP and the Viking Stadium issue. <br />6. NEXT MEETING <br />The next meeting is scheduled for March 21, 2011, time to be announced later. There will also <br />be an informal meeting on March 15, 2011, at 6:30 p.m. for those members who would like to <br />assist with the PowerPoint presentation. <br />7. ADJOURNMENT <br />Committee Member Petersen moved to adjourn, seconded by Committee Member Straumann. <br />The meeting adjourned at 7:53 p.m. <br />
