� �R nEN HYLLS ^� CITY OF ARDEN HILLS COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 2011�025 A RESOLUTION VACATTNG A CERTAIN UTILITY, DRAiNAGE, AND PONDING EASEMENT WHEREAS, ihe Arden Hills City Co�ncil canducted a public hearing on the lst day of �une, 2011, preceded by mailed and published notice, as required by Minnesota Statutes 412.851 and 462.358, subd. 7; and WHEREAS, ihe purpose of the public hearing was to consider the vacation of the public's interest in: A 20 foot permanent easement �ar utiIity and drainage purposes ov�r that part oi the Northwest Quart�r af �lie Northwest Quarter of Section 22, Tovtmship 30, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota, except the South 100 feet of the West 435.06 feet thereof; except the East 450 feet of the West 715 feet of the .North 342 feet thexeof; except the North 150 feet of the South 550 �eet of ihe West 290 feet thereof, except the East 130 feet af the West 895 fe�t of the North 342 feet thereof; and except that part thereof platted as Keithson Addition; the Ea�tern line of said 20.00 �oo# strip being described as follows: Beginning at a point in the West �ine of the plat of Keithson Addition according to the plat on file and of record in tha Office of the Counry Recorder, Ramsey County, Minnesota. said poinf being 20.00 feet North of the �outhwes# comer of Lot 5, Block I, in said Keithson Addition (as measured alang said West li�e); ihence South 0 degrees 24 �ninutes 53 seconds East on an assumed bearing along said West line a distance of 210.00 feei to the Southwest comer of said Keithson Addition; thence South 12 degrees 34 minutes 48 seconds West a distance of 133.42 feet and there terminating. The side lines of said 20.00 faot easement are to be lengthened or shortened to ierminate at a line which bears South $9 degrees 35 minutes 07 seconds West from the poin� of termination and a line drawn westerly at right angles from the point of beginning. Also,
