D. Site Maintenance. The Deveioper shall ensure that contractors maintain a clean <br />work site. Measures shall be taken to prevent debris, refuse ar other materials <br />fxom leaving the site. Construction debris and other refuse generated from the <br />projeci shall be removed from the site in a timely fashion and/or on the request of <br />the City's Direcior of Public Warks. Developer shall sweep Keithson Drive and <br />Arden View Drive on a weekly basis ar mare frequently as directed by the <br />Direc�or of Public Warks until the project area is established. The Developer <br />must sweep roadways with a water discharge broom apparafus. Kick off brooms <br />sha11 not be utilized for street sweeping. <br />E. Cold Weather Co�stzuction. Public roads including concrete curbs and guttexs <br />shall nat be constructed on frozen ground. Upon evidenc� of frazen ground in the <br />project aggregate base/subgrade, all concrete and bituminaus woxk shall cease for <br />the construction year. No bituminous base paving or concrete pouring will be <br />a1lo�ved aftex November 1 S� of the calendar year. Work may not be performed <br />after November 15� without the consent of th� City's D�rector of Public Works, <br />and if permitted, such wark shall comply with MnDQT SPECS. <br />1. As Builts. <br />a. Developer shall provide the Ciry with as-builts for all public <br />infrastructure wluch will be dedicated to the City as part of the <br />development of Fox Ridge. <br />b. Prior ta the issuarice of a Certificate of Occupancy for a dwelling, <br />the Developer shalt provide the City with an as-built survey of the <br />lot identifying property lines, structure lacations and setbacks, <br />topographic grade/spoi elevations, sanitary ser�rer az�d water line <br />locations, ct�riveways, sidewalks, retaining walls, patios and a�y <br />other features required by the City. The as-builts musi be signed <br />by an engineer or land surveyor licensed by the State of Minnesota. <br />F. Bituminous_and Concrete Materiai Acceptance. The City will not accept concrete <br />curb ar�c� gutter that has structural or cosmetic defects. The City wiIl identify a1� <br />defective curbs for removal. The City will not accept bituminous base course <br />with less than a 91.5% density or tliat has an open graded appearance as <br />determined by the Director of Public Works. An unacceptable bituminou� base <br />course is cansidered to be rejected and wiIl be required to be removed at the <br />Deve�oper's expen�e. At no time shall the bituminous wear course be installed <br />after September 30�' of any calendar year or prior to weight restrictions being <br />lifted in the Spring. <br />G. Televisin�. All storm sewer and sanitary sewers shall be te�evised prior to the <br />instaIlation of aggregate base and concrete curbs and gutters, and bituminous. <br />The City will review and must app�ove the televising tapes prior to carnmencing <br />roadway canstruction. All tel�vised rnedia shali Y�e submitted on DVD. VHS <br />tapes will not be accepted. <br />� <br />
