EN HILLS CITY OF ARDEN HILLS COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 2011-025 A RESOLUTION VACATING A CERTAIN UTILITY, DRAINAGE, AND PONDING EASEMENT WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council conducted a public hearing on the 1St day of June, 2011, preceded by mailed and published notice, as required by Minnesota Statutes 412.851 and 462.358, subd. 7; and WHEREAS, the purpose of the public hearing was to consider the vacation of the public's interest in: A 20 foot permanent easement for utility and drainage purposes over that part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota, except the South 100 feet of the West 435.06 feet thereof; except the East 450 feet of the West 715 feet of the North 342 feet thereof; except the North 150 feet of the South 550 feet of the West 290 feet thereof; except the East 130 feet of the West 895 feet of the North 342 feet thereof; and except that part thereof platted as Keithson Addition; the Eastern line of said 20.00 foot strip being described as follows: Beginning at a point in the West line of the plat of Keithson Addition according to the plat on file and of record in the Office of the County Recorder, Ramsey County, Minnesota. said point being 20.00 feet North of the Southwest comer of Lot 5, Block I, in said Keithson Addition (as measured along said West line); thence South 0 degrees 24 minutes 53 seconds East on an assumed bearing along said West line a distance of 210.00 feet to the Southwest comer of said Keithson Addition; thence South 12 degrees 34 minutes 48 seconds West a distance of 133.42 feet and there terminating. The side lines of said 20.00 foot easement are to be lengthened or shortened to terminate at a line which bears South 89 degrees 35 minutes 07 seconds West from the point of termination and a line drawn westerly at right angles from the point of beginning.
