.,-AIREN HILLS <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2011-026 <br />A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE FINAL LAYOUT <br />OF THE HWY 96 /TH 10 INTERCHANGE <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County has presented a final layout of the proposed Hwy <br />96 /TH 10 interchange to the City and requested a Municipal Consent resolution; and <br />WHEREAS, a Public Hearing is requested to be held after 30 days notice prior to <br />the City Council considering a Municipal Consent resolution; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and the City Council as <br />follows: <br />Dated: <br />1. A hearing shall be held at 7:00 p.m. on the 11th day of July, 2011, in the City <br />Hall at 1245 West Highway 96, to consider providing Municipal Consent to <br />the Final Layout for the Hwy 96 /TH 10 interchange project.
