-ARZIHILLS <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION No. 2011 -029 <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING DEPOSITORIES <br />AND CORPORATE AUTHORIZATION <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that U.S. Bank St. Paul, N.A. shall be the official depository for all <br />funds of the City of Arden Hills for the calendar year 2011; and, <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Treasurer shall from time to time, ascertain <br />that adequate security as required by the laws of the State of Minnesota, is furnished by such <br />depository to protect the City's deposited funds against financial loss; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that checks of this corporation drawn on U.S. Bank St. <br />Paul, N. A., hereinafter called the Bank, shall be signed by any of the following officers: <br />David Grant, Mayor; Patrick Klaers, City Administrator; Susan Iverson, Finance <br />Director /Treasurer. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Administrator is authorized to use a signature <br />stamp at such time as it becomes necessary for Mayor David Grant. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said bank is hereby authorized and directed to honor <br />and pay any checks so drawn as above set forth, whether or not such checks be payable to the order <br />of the foregoing persons either in this individual or official capacity or deposited to this individual <br />credit, and whether or not such signatures are followed by the title or office of the person signing. <br />13th DAY OF JUNE, 2011. <br />ATTEST: <br />"eded / <br />David Grant, Mayor <br />Patrick Klaers, City Administrator <br />
