ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION — MAY 2, 2011 2 <br />services. The Council requested that staff prepare a "Community Development 101" work session <br />discussion item for an upcoming meeting. <br />The Council voted on each of the 18 goals and ranked each goal from 1 (lowest priority) to 5 <br />(highest priority). It was noted that Council member Werner would be sending in his votes later <br />in the week. <br />3.
