EN HILLS <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2011-028 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING MN/DOT AGREEMENT NO. 98490 <br />REGARDING I- 694/TH 51 INTERCHANGE PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, Mn/DOT is proposing to undertake an improvement to I -694; and <br />WHEREAS, the City requested the relaying of sanitary sewer under I -694 and <br />concrete sidewalk be added to the project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and City Council that: <br />1. The City of Arden Hills enter into Mn/DOT Agreement No. 98490 with the <br />State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation, for the following purposes: <br />To provide for payment by the City to the State of the City's share of the costs <br />of the water main and sanitary sewer construction to be performed under and <br />adjacent to Trunk Highway No. 694 between Hamline Avenue and Lexington <br />Avenue and concrete walk construction to be performed along and adjacent to <br />Hamline Avenue from Floral Drive to County State Aid Highway No. 12 <br />(County Road F) within the corporate City limits under State Project No. <br />6285 -135 (T.H. 694 =393). <br />2.
