Doan <br />Honorable Mayor and City Councilmembers <br />Earlier this year Governor Dayton made appointments to the Metropolitan Council. John <br />Doan is the new representative for Arden Hills. Mr. Doan will be attending this June <br />20th Council work session to introduce himself, meet the City Council and staff, and to <br />discuss Met Council /Arden Hills issues. <br />The Met Council staff representative is Lisa Barajas. I anticipate that Lisa will also be <br />attending this work session. Lisa came to our May 3rd staff meeting to meet us, to <br />introduce herself, and to update us on relevant Met Council and Arden Hills activities and <br />issues. <br />Attached is a letter from Mr. Doan and some general Met Council background <br />information. <br />
