EN HILLS <br />Approved: June 13, 2011 <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />CITY COUNCIL EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />MAY 9, 2011 <br />8:30 P.M. - ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br />CALL TO ORDERIROLL CALL <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor David Grant called to order the Executive <br />Session of the City Council at 8:30 p.m. <br />Present: Mayor David Grant, Councilmembers Brenda Holden, Fran Holmes, Ed <br />Werner and Nicholas Tamble. <br />Absent: None. <br />Also present: City Administrator Patrick Klaers and City Attorney Jerry Filla. <br />The Council reviewed the current status of the 2010 Pavement Management Program assessment <br />appeals. <br />ADJOURN <br />MOTION: Mayor Grant moved, Councilmember Holden seconded a motion to adjourn. <br />The motion carried unanimously (5 -0). <br />Mayor Grant adjourned the City Council Executive Session at 8:45 p.m. <br />4,-;// aM"2- <br />Patrick Klaers <br />City Administrator <br />a*/- <br />David Grant <br />Mayor <br />
