__ __ ___ <br />Ordinance 2011-006 <br />STATE OF NIIl�INESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />ORDINANCE 2011-fl46 <br />AN ORD�NANCE AMENDING SECTION 1325.01 Subd. 3 OF THE ZONING C�DE <br />The Arden Hills City Council hereby ardains that Chapier 13, Section 1325.01 Subd. 3, ofthe <br />City Code is hereby amended as follows: <br />132S.O1 Accessory Structures. <br />Subd. 3 Location (Revised 07/07/11). <br />A. Accessory structures in the R-1, R-2, or R-3 Districts shall not be <br />located nearer the front lot line than the front yard setback line for the <br />principal structure to which it is accessary. Accessory structures as <br />permitted and regulated in this Code may be lacated within the rear yard <br />of the principal structure in the R-1 and R-2 Districts. <br />B. Detached accessory garages may be located in tile front yard (between <br />dwelling and streei) of a lakeshore property provided all of the following <br />are mei: <br />1. Deiached garages shall not be located within the minimum front <br />yard setback. <br />2.
