The open house will be held on <br />Thursday, August 4, 2011, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the Marsden Conference Room at the Ramsey <br />County Public Works Facility. <br />Information will be provided related to traffic and transportation, the environment, land use and <br />site plan, financing, and the roles of the City and County during project approvals and <br />development.
