The Commission recom�encled that the Council adopi� an ordinance No. 99, the <br />zoning ordir�ance, by changing th� pro�isions for speciaf use permits. adding a provision prescribing <br />perfarmance standards for drive-in businesses and automobi le service sta�ions, amenc�ing the pravision <br />conceming enforcing afFice and penafty, and repealing other specified arc�inances. <br />By unanimous vate the Commission recommended that the Council approve the issuance af the B�ilcling <br />Permi#� to'C. G. Rein for the shopping center (near Lexington anc� County Road E) (Case No. 73�3) in <br />accordance with #he plans and writt�n documentatian submitted. <br />
