EN HILLS <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2011-037 <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK COMPLETED AND AUTHORIZING FINAL <br />PAYMENT FOR THE LEXINGTON AVENUE SIDEWALK AND TRAIL PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on September 13, 2010, <br />for the Lexington Avenue Sidewalk and Trail Project, North Valley, Inc., of Nowthen, <br />Minnesota, Minnesota, has satisfactorily completed the improvements associated with this <br />contract; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN HILLS, <br />MINNESOTA: That the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved; <br />and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Administrator is hereby directed to issue a <br />proper order for the final payment of such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full. <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS <br />25th DAY OF JULY, 2011. <br />David Grant, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Patrick Klaers, City Administrator <br />
