Notice of the event has been <br />posted on the City website, the bulletin, and the City calendar. The next newsletter will have an <br />announcement of the event. 130 save - the -date postcards (Attachment A) were mailed to Arden <br />Hills businesses the week of August 8. <br />The City Council discussed the event at the August 8, 2011, work session meeting. Presentation <br />topics and presenters were finalized as follows: <br />6 <br />Topic <br />Presenter <br />Stadium proposal <br />Mayor Grant <br />B -2 District implementation plan and other <br />development projects <br />Councilmember Holmes <br />Road improvement projects <br />Councilmember Tamble <br />Website redesign project <br />Councilmember Tamble <br />Trail plan and projects <br />Councilmember Werner <br />City management and 2012 budget <br />Councilmember Werner <br />Councilmember Holden agreed to be the master of ceremonies. <br />Boards with maps of planned transportation improvements and the TCAAP site will be displayed <br />around the edges of the room. <br />Presentations will begin at approximately 8:00 a.m. which will allow abundant time for <br />questions. <br />The updated task matrix is attached (B). <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Economic Development Commission August 17, 2011 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
