Select shall consiruct the fallowing improvements on <br />Lot 1 pursuant to the Approved Plans. <br />Type of Imt�rovement. <br />a. Grading, Drainage and Erosion Control pursuani to the terms of a <br />permit issued by the City. <br />b. Insta111andscaping improvements according to the Approved Plans. <br />c. Constract a sidevvalk adjacent to County Road E, as approved by the <br />City's Director of Public Works within the sidewalk easement area. <br />d.
