All other <br />ernplayees of the City are unrepresented. The current contract <br />expires December 31, 2012. The assurr��d salary and benefit <br />increases for budgeting purpases are as foliows: <br />Salary increases throughout the budget �nclude step increases <br />for new employees and a 0.0% COLA for union employees <br />and a 1.5% COLA {l% Jat�, 1, 2012 -- �% Jul 1, 2�12) for <br />non-union employees. The city pays $701.08 toward health <br />insurance premiurns and dental. The City pays the cost of life, <br />and disability insurance. Increases in insurance are budgeted <br />as follows: <br />Healt� 3.6% <br />Dental 10.0% <br />Life OA% <br />Disability 0.0% <br />All of the above costs are included in th� b�dget as presented. <br />104 <br />
