City Planner Meagan Beekman stated based on the submitted plans and findings of fact; Staff recommends approval of Planning Case #11-020 for a Conditional Use Permit Amendmen� to construct a scoreboard on the north side of the existi�g ba�eball field at Mounds View High Schoal. The recommendation for approval is subject to the fol�owing four conditions: 1. The appiicant shall continue to ab�de by the conditions of all previous permits and reviews. 2. The project shall b� completed in accordance with the plans submitte�. as amended by the conditions of approval. Any significant changes to these plans, as determined by the City Planner, shall require review and approval b� the Plan�ing Comtnission. 3. The applicant shall obtain all necessary pernuts from the City. 4. The applicant sha11 abtain all necessary permits from the Rice Creek Watershed District, MPCA, and other governmental entities and provide the City wi.th copies of such permits prior to the City Fssuing any building pern�.its.
