� <br />EN HILLS <br />CrTY OF ARUEN HrLLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE QF NIINNESQTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2011-447 <br />A RESOLUTION VACATING A CERTAIN ELECTRIC UTILITY EASEMENT AND <br />PEDESTRIAN WAY EASEMENT <br />WHEREAS, the Arden Hiils City Council conducted a public h�aring on the 26�' <br />day of September, 2011, preceded by mailed and published notice, as required by <br />Minnesota Statutes 412.$51 and 4b2.3S8, subd. 7; and <br />WHEREAS, the purpose of the public hearing was to consider the vacation of the <br />public's interest in: <br />The South i0 feet of the following described parcel af Iand, towit: <br />All that part of ihe South Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quaxter, Section <br />27, Township 30, Range 23, lying between the Northerly right of way limits of U.S. <br />Highway No. 10, and the Southerly right of way limits o�the Minneapalis, St. Faul and <br />Sau1t Ste. Marie Railroa�, and the Westerly right of way lirnits of Lexingtan Avenue and <br />Easterly of the West 250 feet o� said Southeast Quarter of tl�e Southeast Quarter o� <br />Section 27, Township 30, Range 23. <br />WHEREAS, On the 27�' day of June, 20 i 1, the City approved a Preliminazy and <br />Fina1 Plat of the above re�erenced parcel, replatting tne properry as tl�e Davidson <br />Ac�dition, lots 1 and 2. <br />WHEREAS, all o£ the above-referenced easement is known as the "Perpet�al <br />Underground Electrical Utility Easement and Pedestrian Way Easement" as recorded in <br />Document Na. 2114719 and is hereinafter collectively xe�erred to as the "Easement"; and <br />WHEREAS, ihe Arden Hills City Council has determined thai it is in the pubiic's <br />interest to vacafe the Easernent. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Arden Hills City Council <br />hereby vacates the public's interest in the Easement and direcfs tkie City Administraior to <br />file a c�rtified copy of this Resolution with the Ramsey Caunty, Minnesoia Recorder. <br />
