--AW HILLS <br />MEMORANDUM <br />DATE: October 10, 2011 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Councilmembers <br />FROM: Jill Hutmacher, Community Development Director 574 <br />SUBJECT: TCAAP /Stadium Proposal Update <br />Metropolitan Councilmembers, staff, and consultants had an opportunity to tour the TCAAP site <br />on Monday, September 26. City Administrator Klaers and Community Development Director <br />Hutmacher were invited to attend. Mike Fix, U.S. Army Commander's Representative, led the <br />tour. <br />The Ramsey County Charter Commission held a public hearing on September 28. A subsequent <br />public hearing and meeting are scheduled for October 11 at the Ramsey County Courthouse. <br />Additional information on the Charter Commission and its meeting schedule can be found on the <br />Ramsey County website, a link to which is provided on the City website. <br />The Metropolitan Council continues to work on the stadium risk assessment report requested by <br />the Governor. The report is tentatively scheduled to be completed on October 15.
